Sorry for not memorizing the order of heroes. Just put them in groups of primary profession, alphabetically. Small, painless feature that almost everyone would enjoy.

I beleive Anet plans on fixing this when pigs fly. Its been ask before many times and still they are to busy doing whatever else they can find so they can justify not doing it.

This really couldn't take more then like an hour of some programmers time. Doing it wouldn't even take that, just checking to make sure it doesn't cause some sorta unforseen conflicts is what would take up time.
It's a good idea, and besides the "it would take time away from GW2" (which is a stupid arguement considering it is two entirely seperate teams of emplyees) there are no negatives to this.

To those saying they wouldn't do it... Well, they made it so you could rearrange your login screen characters way back when it was suggested. Then again, how long have players been asking to reorder party members? Since the game came out?

and you can rearrange your characters on the selection screen how? last i checked you couldn't do that still . ..

Left hand side of the character selction screen there is an option.

Heroes should be sorted by profession in both the Party Search tab and the Party Formation tab. Henchmen should also be sorted by profession in the Party Search tab.

As said above, it's not a huge deal, but I think it warrants an update.

/signed the only thing i would add is a way to see all the items you have equipped to them at one time. its annoying going though and adding 3 heros and then removing 3.

I agree with Dr. Jones, although that may be more complicated than simply reordering the list.

Still, while I find it isn't too hard to find heroes using the hero tab of the party search window, ordering them by profession would certainly help. It would also make cycling through them looking for items easier, as you could cycle through each profession in turn rather than trying to remember exactly which heroes you were up to...

gerlin, incase this is not changed, FYI, you can double click in the search panel, on the heros name to add and kick them. don't have to click the kick button. its much faster that way.

FYI 2, using search panel actually don't need for you to look that hard to find your heros, and I've come to know where all of them are. so

This thread is 1 year old but /signed anyway. It wouldn't make any difference to me because we've got the search panel but it'd probably make it less confusing.
